b1 has just unveiled the new brand identity for Lovell, the Uk’s leading regeneration and housing firm. Lovell designs builds and maintains thousands of homes throughout the country, employs over 2000 staff and operated from a network of regional offices. B1 has worked with Lovell as lead creative agency for 8 years and recommended a brand review in 2011. The new brand, created by b1 is clean, confident and conveys Lovell’s position as the dominant player in this market place. The brand guidelines, designed by b1 show how the new brand can be consistently applied across a wide range of materials and signage. Templates for literature and advertising have also been developed and a new suite of corporate literature designed and printed by b1. The project took 8 months to complete and is a typical project for b1
