Ark provides new service in county

A charity that helps children who have suffered a bereavement has started work in Herefordshire.

The Noah’s Ark Trust has been working in Worcestershire for the past 10 years and has now expanded its activities to help young people in the county.

"We help children who have lost a parent or sibling and are having trouble coming to terms with the loss," said Gabby Beddows, head of operations.

The charity has benefited from National Lottery funding and the support of business and individuals.

Jason Manning, managing director of b1, decided to support the charity after his wife died and Noah’s Ark helps his son.

"They helped both of us get through a very difficult time and I’ll always be grateful for what they did for us," said Jason.
