Creative firm helps regeneration

A Worcestershire creative consultancy is helping rebuild broken communities and cementing its property specialism at the same time.

B1, a marketing and design agency based in Bromsgrove and Birmingham, will be working with Compendium, a private sector company, regenerating disadvantaged communities in the Midlands and North of England.

Jason Manning, b1 managing director, said: "Compendium is a leading supplier of urban regeneration and renewal to housing associations and local councils and current projects include a major scheme in Stoke-on-Trent.

"This work is improving the lives of people in disadvantaged areas and involves designing and implementing projects working closely with local communities."

Dave Bullock, managing director of Compendium, said in selecting a marketing partner it had been essential to find a business that had the right experience and ethical approach. "B1 is a perfect partner because it is a specialist in this area and has great experience working in the property sector and knows what is required to work with the communities we serve, housing associations and local authorities," he said.

B1 will create a brochure and website for the firm.
