Employees

B1's employment policies are designed to provide equal opportunities and a safe and motivational working environment. As well as being certified as Investors In People, we have an established appraisal and performance feedback process for the development of all staff.

Suppliers

B1 works closely with a number of trusted and valued suppliers. We strive to maintain regular contact with all our suppliers and always aim to improve our working relationships.

Community

B1 actively participates in community issues, working with local charities and other good causes. Jason Manning is a Prince’s Trust Mentor and is actively involved in Young Enterprise. We take students at all levels for work-experience to provide them with a flavour of the industry.

We aspire to carry out our business to the highest ethical standards treating employees, suppliers and customers in a professional, courteous and honest manner. We have an ethical policy which is reviewed by the board and which we apply to our clients and suppliers as well as employees. This includes visiting our suppliers to check the standards they follow in their products and services match our own.
